Christopher Goodman-Triolo
Chief Executive Officer
As the Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Triolo's primary responsibility is to perform as a fiduciary for our shareholders in fulfilling our mission to provide long term stable monthly dividends that increase over time and are accretive to shareholder value. This responsibility involves directly overseeing all of our operations, as well as creating and executing on the company's corporate development strategy.
Background
Prior to founding NLXE, Mr. Triolo founded Netleasefinder.com, a leading online marketplace for single tenant net lease properties. Mr. Triolo previously worked at Kingsbarn Realty Capital as a Director with a focus on Commercial Real Estate Syndication, Delaware Statutory Trusts, and net lease investment sales. Prior to Kingsbarn, Mr. Triolo was recognized by Danny Ludeman, previous CEO of Wells Fargo Advisors, as being a First-In-Class Financial Advisor. Mr. Triolo started his career at Harvey & Company and Merrill Lynch in Investment Banking and Asset Management. Mr. Triolo graduated with a degree in Economics and Accounting from the University of San Diego.
Robert Crawley
Chief Investment Officer
As Chief Investment Officer, Mr. Crawley's primary responsibilities are to provide strategic oversight of our asset and investment management disciplines. Mr. Crawley and his team actively monitor the net lease markets in the USA, UK, and Canada. Mr. Crawley's deep industry experience and underwriting expertise allows our team to rapidly respond to opportunities that meet our investment criteria and to promptly make accretive acquisitions.
Background
Prior to NLXE, Mr. Crawley spent 10 years at CLS Holdings Plc (LSE: CLI.L) working in asset and investment management positions before being promoted to Head of Acquisitions. Mr. Crawley is directly responsible for successfully leading a period of record expansion by acquiring over $1.5 Billion of commercial real estate across a full spectrum of sectors. During his tenure as Head of Acquisitions at CLS the stock price rose from 51p to 253p (~500% total return). Mr. Crawley also co-founded and currently manages Lateral Partners Ltd out of London, UK, a fast-growing alternative fund manager with over $100 Million AUM. Mr. Crawley holds a degree in Economics & Finance from Brunel University and a Masters degree in Real Estate Development from University of Westminster.

Mr. Gersten is a leading real estate professional in the Southern California market serving the San Diego market for over 20 years. Mr. Gersten has completed over $750MM in real estate transactions over his career. Mr. Gersten is responsible for overseeing NLF Advisors investment sales activities which include sourcing, underwriting, financing acquisitions and dispositions.
