Healthcare, retail, and industrial net leased properties throughout the United States.
Tenancy
Single-tenant (100% leased) with corporate guarantee. Credit rating of BBB− to AAA, strong operator with 20+ locations.
Lease Term
Remaining lease term of 10 to 15+ years under a long-term net lease structure.
Transaction Types
Build-to-suit financing with forward commitments to purchase upon completion, sale-leaseback, and direct acquisition.
Location
Strategic corporate tenant markets, including primary and secondary markets across the United States.

$500,000 to $75 million per transaction.
